With young person of public road network of parametrically region, a small sector of interval that has been granted for the manufacture of campus has been left outside by the main region of campus. This part, that is placed in the western side and leads to the built-up region, has been considered as more suitable for the manufacture of first residences of students.
Description of program
The program was the subject of 2nd architectural competition.
14 individual buildings, that are connected functional with a extensive network of Community corridors, constitute building team of 208 rooms.
The program is developed in 4 levels and includes 3 main types of rooms and Community intervals as follows:
Each unit/room corresponds in user and has the sanitary regulations for the exclusive use.
Exist 48 units that are grouped per 12. In each unit exist a Community cooker with a livingroom.
The 48 units are distributed equally in 4 buildings.
Each unit/room corresponds in user and has wash-basin for the exclusive use.
Exist 144 units that are grouped per 8. In each unit exist Community sanitary regulations and a cooker with the a
Livingroom.
The 144 units are distributed in 5 buildings.
Exist 12 units/spaces (1 for each user) that are grouped per two. In each team (apartment) antjstojhte sanitary
regulations and a cooker for the exclusive use.
The 12 units (6 apartments) are distributed equally in 3 buildings.
- Type D - apartments for the persons with special needs
Exist 4 units/spaces (1 for each user) that are grouped per two. In each team (apartment) sanitary
Regulations and a cooker for the exclusive use with additives facilitations for the persons with special needs.
The 4 units (2 apartments) are distributed in the ground floor of 2 3 above buildings.
- The Community region, that is distributed in 2 buildings, includes a Community living room, a room wash of/fall-dryers, afterwards room and a centre of service of lessees.
The program is supplemented with certain other auxiliary regions for the support of various services.
